Every training is suited to meet the Client’s needs. We tailor the topics of the training to your company’s rules, your business and the participants. The primary objective of the training is to convince employees that appropriate business image is a powerful tool in attracting customers, that it affects their personality and self-esteem. We present image building as an interpersonal tool and emphasize the role of the first impression and influence on attitude. We also present knowledge about the right choice of business wear and rules of choosing your outfit to suit the occasion.

We offer:

• training for employees (ladies and gentlemen separately) in groups divided according to position in the office. Topics include choosing appropriate outfits and discussing “delicate” issues, i.e. general behaviour in a group and hygiene.
• one hour of consultations after each training
• materials for internal use prepared for particular groups of employees
• consultations via e-mail up to one month after the training
