Our collaboration with Hotele SPA Dr Irena Eris began in 2020, when we were tasked with creating a clothing concept for the reception and catering departments. The project was interesting for us because of the unusual colour scheme (burgundy) and unusual cuts in business clothing. We are now dressing employees in the reception, catering, housekeeping and receptionist departments of the Cosmetic Institutes in all the brand's hotels. We have also created an Image Standard Book, i.e. a document for internal use explaining the dress code and appearance rules applicable in the workplace, incorporating developed designs and additional guidelines on hairstyle, use of accessories, preferred footwear or jewellery. It is an excellent tool to improve the building of a professional and consistent image of the entire team.
